Sean concentrates on litigating Internet, gaming, sweepstakes, gambling law, and intellectual property cases, as well as related regulatory matters. Sean advises clients on all aspects of Internet law, including complex inter-company contracts, online and offline privacy regulations, and FTC regulation.
Prior to joining the firm, Sean was a litigator for several New York City firms. Sean also has been an Adjunct Professor in Advanced Business Law at Dominican College, Blauvelt, NY.
Sean also has extensive experience in complex commercial and business-related litigation. He has litigated a broad range of issues before state and federal courts.
