Sean Moynihan heads up our litigation department. He oversees all of the firm’s civil, commercial and regulatory litigation matters. He has successfully defended dozens of consumer class action matters in the Internet space, as well as scores of regulatory matters around the U.S.
Sean concentrates on litigating Internet, gaming, sweepstakes, gambling law, and intellectual property cases, as well as related regulatory matters. Sean advises clients on all aspects of Internet law, including complex inter-company contracts, online and offline privacy regulations, and FTC regulation.
