Biography
John (Jake) Dore is an associate in the firm’s transactional and litigation departments. He counsels businesses and professionals in a broad range of fields including entertainment, Internet, social media, marketing, and intellectual property.
Jake drafts, revises and negotiates a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts, and he secures, protects and enforces clients’ copyright, trademark and privacy interests. He advises startups, small businesses, and larger companies on matters of corporate governance, legal compliance, and best practices.
