Evan is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and before the United States District Courts in the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
Evan King is an associate in the firm’s litigation department, focusing his practice on defending mobile and Internet marketers in state and federal regulatory matters, consumer class action defense, and general commercial litigation. Evan has extensive experience in state and federal court defending clients on a range of general liability claims and representing creditors in the financial services industry. Prior to joining the firm, Evan worked in a law firm in Manhattan, where his practice focused on consumer finance litigation, including disputes under a variety of federal and state consumer protection statutes including RESPA, FDCPA, and TILA. He has also defended businesses and insurance carriers in high-exposure construction litigation in New York State Court.
